Redsave Returns Procedure
Our returns procedure is detailed below, for further information please visit:

If you wish to return an item (or items) in accordance with our returns procedures and policies, please contact us in the first instance via telephone,
fax, post or email, contact details can be found here. You will then be forwarded a returns form to complete via
your registered email address, once you have completed and returned your returns form, our Customer Services Team will supply you with a returns authorisation
number (RAN).
When returning items, we recommend that all items are returned using Royal Mail Recorded Devlivery (or an equivalent insured service) and that you ensure adequate insurance against loss or damage of goods in transit is in place.
We make every effort to ensure that replacement items and refunds are processed (and either approved or rejected) within fourteen days from the date we receive the returned items.
